Ages 5-7 and 8-12. In this noncompetitive co-ed program, kids will be taught the basic skills of lacrosse, including scooping, cradling, passing, catching, and shooting. The idea is to have fun and make friends while learning the sport of lacrosse. No-contact lacrosse is played, also known as “Soft Lacrosse”.  A mouth guard is required. Kids Choice Sports will provide lacrosse sticks and all other equipment.
