For Girls, Grades 1-12.
Practices will focus on the introduction and development of the fundamental skills utilized in lacrosse. Players will learn offensive and defensive concepts, small area games, and regulation play.
Girls must have a lacrosse stick, mouth guard, and lacrosse goggles. (If you need a stick, please let us know upon registration).
All players should bring their own water bottle and have appropriate footwear.
