This course serves as an introduction to the Lifeguard Certification Course.  Students will learn lifeguarding skills along with improving their swimming techniques for strokes used in the course.  Students will train to complete the prerequisites of the lifeguard course and begin lifesaving skills.  Course will NOT certify anyone to be a lifeguard.



*Students who register for Level 5 & 6 Swim (SWM-017, SWM-018, or SWM-019) and Guard Start will receive a 50% discount on the Guard Start registration fee.
